In J&K rally, PM says BJP committed to resettle Kashmiri pandits

JAMMU. Campaigning has intensified for the second phase of Lok Sabha elections to be held on Thursday (April 18) in 97 constituencies, spread over 13 states and Union Territories.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed two rallies in Uttar Pradesh and one in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.

Addressing a rally in Moradabad, the Prime Minister said that if BJP comes to power again, there will be no limit of 5 acres in the Kisan Saubhagya scheme.

Prime Minister said that he knows that sugar mills are delaying the payment of cane farmers of the region and assured that every single rupee of dues will be given to farmers back.

On the issue of triple talaq, the Prime Minister said that the bill in this regard will again be presented in parliament if BJP comes to power again.

Meanwhile, addressing a Vijay Sankalp rally at Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh, PM said, government schemes are giving benefits to all under the principle of Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas without any discrimination.

He said the NDA government is committed to eradicating terrorism, corruption and poverty while the opposition parties want to remove him.

Applauding Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the Prime Minister said that Babasaheb was a great economist, writer and social reformer.

Slamming SP and BSP, Prime Minister said that people have rejected caste-based politics and they only want to vote for development. He added that people only want development.
